No to the client who wants full-time hands but part-time price.
No to the founder who wants a co-founder, not a fractional.
No to that one last hour on Slack Sunday night.

You don’t get clarity from a well-written offer.
You get it from a boundary.

Saying no isn’t being difficult. It’s how you stay available for the work you do say yes to.
Every yes without a no is a time bomb. Quiet now, but expensive later.

You are not the catch-all. You’re not the fallback. You’re not the “well, we already have them here so maybe…”
